Halo’s journey started when Harris and Jawad met. They were working in a busy community Pharmacy attached to a GP surgery, Jawad as a Pre-registration Pharmacist and Harris as a Clinical Pharmacist in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Throughout their 12 month period working alongside each other, they both saw the pressures that the NHS and patients were facing first-hand due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the opportunity that presented itself by the digitalisation of NHS services.
It was at this point Halo was born, creating an online presence where patients could access an online Dr. service, online pharmacy and private treatments from the comfort of their homes at the touch of their fingertips.
Halo’s mission is to bring together all healthcare needs under one virtual roof enabling patients to spend more time enjoying their lives.
